For April the Mountain Star Rehabilitation Foundation took some time to review the NADCP’s drug court timeline and highlight specific dates in the history of drug courts in the United States. In a future newsletter we plan to highlight a timeline of the El Paso County DWI Drug Court Intervention & Treatment Program, the first drug court of its kind in Texas.
